Delete your UrbanFind account

This page explains how to delete your UrbanFind account (app by Urbanfind.app) and the data linked to it.

Option 1: in the app

Open UrbanFind and sign in.
Go to Profile > Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2: by email

If you can't open the app, email info@urbanfind.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm the request, and we will complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, name, email address and password
Your profile, saved events and any events or content you posted
Push notification tokens and device identifiers linked to your account

What we keep, and for how long

Purchase records (product, date, transaction ID) for up to 7 years, as required for tax and accounting.
Information we must keep to comply with the law or resolve disputes, only as long as needed.

Everything else is deleted or anonymized within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Cancel it first in your Apple ID settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions).
